Leviathan Defense sells firearms and custom firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.
In order to Purchase Firearms Online:
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase handguns.
You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order:
1. Verify that the product you wish to purchase from Leviathan Defense meets ALL state, county, and local laws.
2. Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number. Please, check your spam or junk folder and add email to the “not spam” list.

3. Find a local Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.
(we do not endorse or suggest the use of any FFL ).
Upload your preferred FFL’s file copy of the license to the Leviathan Defense website. If you choose an FFL holder not on file with us or do not have a file copy of their license, have the FFL/Dealer e-mail, or mail a file copy of their FFL to us at the address below:

4. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Leviathan Defense, This transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder.
5. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up.
***Important: **** Upon arrival at your FFL holder inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer’s warranty is then in effect, and from that point on and Leviathan Defense will not accept returns.
Restrictions- We CANNOT ship firearms to CA, CT, DC, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY as NONE of our firearms comply with current LAWS in these states.
We do not offer international shipping.
Why can’t you ship a high capacity magazine or ammunition to my address?
Some products cannot be shipped to certain states by law. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. If you have further questions about which magazines can be purchased, please contact Customer Service at support@levianthandefense.com.
All firearms shipped, will be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee.

YOU are at least eighteen (18) years of age if purchasing long guns.
YOU are at least twenty-one (21) years of age if purchasing a handgun or ATF-defined “OTHER” firearm (including, but not limited to, stripped receivers, frames, and pistol-grip shotguns).
YOU are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm(s) you are purchasing from Leviathan Defense. (WARNING: You are not the actual buyer if you are acquiring the firearm(s) on behalf of another person).
YOU are not under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year.
YOU have not been convicted in any court of a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could have imprisoned you for more than one year, even if you received a shorter sentence including probation.
YOU are not a fugitive from justice.
YOU are not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.
YOU have not been adjudicated mentally defective (which includes a determination by a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority that you are a danger to yourself or to others or are incompetent to manage your own affairs) OR have not been committed to a mental institution?
YOU have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
YOU are not subject to a court order restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening your child or an intimate partner or child of such partner.
YOU have not been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
YOU have never renounced your United States citizenship.
YOU are not an alien illegally in the United States.
YOU are not currently on Federal NICS or State agency “DELAY” OR “DENIED” status regarding your most recent attempt to purchase a firearm. Firearm AND/OR ammunition or ammunition component sales or transfers are prohibited during these conditions.
YOU understand and agree to- Handling and the discharging of firearms whether intentional or accidental may cause property damage, serious bodily injury, or death, you hold Leviathan Defense harmless and YOU assume all responsibility for safe firearms handling and use. The handling, cleaning or discharging of firearms, ammunition, or ammunition components may cause exposure to lead, and you hold Leviathan Defense harmless and YOU assume all responsibility for any lead exposure. You have researched ALL federal, state, and local laws for purchasing a firearm from Leviathan Defense and assume all responsibility for any legal recourse.
